What kind of snake is this? Help

This is an actual snake. (Not a dick) Sorry not relationship related. However this morning while leaving my house I seen this snake eating a baby garter snake. I have never seen this kind before. 
Does anyone know what it is? 
I live is south East Ohio

I have no idea but I can't stop lol-ing at it's not a dick. I mean if some guy's duck was spotted like that and stuffed in a crack there'd be bigger issues. 🙂🙂

I’d guess it’s a milk snake with a really nice pattern they don’t all look identical. I’d say if you had more pictures it might be easier to identify based on its head and such but I’d go with a milk snake

Without seeing more of it it’s hard to tell. The patterns are similar to both milk snakes (harmless) and two kinds of rattle snakes. Best to leave any snake alone if you can’t positively identify it

It’s a milk snake!!!! The way you are looking at it, it’s actually on its back. So you see most of the belly and a little pattern from the top of him. Non venomous!
