I voted one but I actually just have maybe 3-4 cups per week. I try not to drink it every day.

I’m craving coffee so badly! Im sure that if it wasn’t for my heartburn I would have a cup here and there, but for now I’m just going to wait until after the baby is born.

I drink one 7.7oz Nespresso pod (made into iced) a day - they’re typically around 90-170 mg of caffeine. If I have a half caf (around 70 mg caffeine) depending on my mood I’ll have 2 pods. 
So I don’t really go by “cups” I go by mg of caffeine. I don’t have other significant forms of caffeine in my diet so this stays well under the recommended 200mg a day.
