Bbt Temp question
Question
So I fell asleep by accident with the fan so my bbt was 96.78 which was a big drop for my normal daily temperature time. then I went back to sleep with out the fan then took my temp and it was 97.20 and 2nd time was 97.58 with longer sleep so which temperature should I use.
