Husband won’t let me see him naked...

We’ve been together for 5 years, and married since September he has seen me naked, I’m 32 weeks pregnant and feel like the size of a whale and I’m still always naked around him, today I had to use the bathroom and go pee, well he was in the bathroom naked fixing to get in the shower he purposely hid in the bedroom that is connected to the bathroom..it broke my heart and made me want to cry because I love him and his body with all my heart and I don’t want him to be insecure about his body to where he feels he needs to hide, he has told me in the past that he doesn’t like his body/stomach(he is a bit over weight)..I’ve tried everything to help him i just don’t know what to do..how do i help him?
