12dpo (I think) HELP! Implantation or AF coming?!?

I’m 12dpo I think. I got my peak test May 9th. AF due tomorrow. Got a VVVVVFL this am on FRER. Then I came home to pee and got this. I wiped once prior and forgot to take a pic. There was a tad more blood first wipe.
