Play yard suggestions

Looking for play yard suggestions for my son, our basement as too much stuff where he primarily plays and we don't have many options for moving most of it. He doesn't like playing in his play pen for long so thats not an option sadly, so we are looking into play yards. I saw the north state super yards and evenflo versatile play uard but reviews are so mixed. I want something sturdy that he can't flip and that we can get in and out of easily without tripping. I live in canada so preferably local to Canada or on Amazon. TIA
