Can a cyst cause a positive pregnancy test?
My friend took about 5 home pregnancy tests and they all had faint lines showing she was pregnant. She went to the doctor even tho it was 3 days before her missed period. The doctor said his test tested negative and said it could be a chemical pregnancy or a cyst that caused it to be positive. When she got home, she took more and they are all still positive, and are much darker, not even faint anymore. Has anybody experienced or heard of a cyst causing a positive pregnancy test?
