Loose skin
Over the last 3 years, I lost 90 lbs and had one baby. I thought losing slowly, my skin would tighten up on its own. But it didn’t. My arms have crepe paper skin. My tummy has tons of loose skin even though it’s flat. My butt has wrinkled creased skin.
None of it is even close to bad enough to do surgery, but is there anything I can do at home to tighten it up? I stay well hydrated because I’m nursing but really don’t ever moisturize. If there is a good moisturizer that would help, I’d appreciate the recommendation.
