Missed period

Hello ladies so my period is late my LMP WAS MARCH 28th and i have yet to get it again ive taken pregnancy test and they come back negative im starting to worry i have a doctor appointment On the third of next month I was just wondering if any other women have ever experienced this or possibly could let me know if I am maybe testing too soon if I just probably got pregnant and I need to wait longer I’m just really worried I am trying to conceive so just wanted to see if anybody’s ever been in the same situation and what they found out
