So I’m actually dealing with this and I’m not pregnant. I’ve been having pain and a weird mass/lump all year. Certain days of the cycle are worse also. So I went to a doctor/surgeon and I’m waiting for results of an ultrasound still but the surgeon says he’s 99% sure is mammary tissue. He says if I’m not pregnant this month he wants me to have surgery to remove it because it will be worse when I do get pregnant. It may be what you’re dealing with. It could be something else though so go to a doctor and get it checked out. They can do an ultrasound of your armpit to make sure it’s not breast cancer or lymphoma. (Not a doctor...just my experience)

I noticed that my skin was more sensitive to my deodorant that I was using, so I had to change it up. Never had a problem with the same brand before I got pregnant.

So I have an armpit that often felt tender around my period, but was extremely painful in my first trimester and near the end of my pregnancy. It wasn't until it filled with milk that my midwife told me that I have a third breast. While there's many other options that it could be, if it fluctuates with hormones I would ask about that.

Ducts for breast milk start in the armpits and work their way down, so that could be an option. Regardless, you should definitely speak with your OB about it.
