What is that?!

Question

I'm getting increasingly frustrated that I can not for the life of me determine what exactly is moving around and sticking out of my belly when she moves. 
Is it a foot?A knee? A hand? 🤯
She's head down so that should narrow it down BUT no! I want to definatively point at a lump running across my stomach and say what it is yet I can't. 
I feel like Rachel on friends when she cant identify her own baby on a sonogram.

Me neither? 🤷‍♀️ I can sometimes feel it’s little butt sticking out but that’s hard to miss!! as for hands, feet, knees? Not a clue! 😂

Sometimes I can't tell either. I have noticed its easier wjen he has the hiccups cuz i can determine what way he is facing. But i still don't know if its a knee or foot. But I can tell when he rolls. Cuz it hurts AND the giant lump moving across has to be his back or butt. 
Also I felt like Rachel when we found out the gender. I could not see wtf we were looking at. I cried for hours and finally my husband drew it out for me. Sometimes I still can't figure it out
