desperate mom 😩

hey ladies! ugh so stressed out! my baby was diagnosed with a milk allergy not even a month after being born so he was put on Nutramigen formula . well he now turned one & we transitioned to whole milk & he didn’t do well on it 😩 his bowel movement’s were so bad & he started a rash on his face . just like very small pimple-like all over his forehead, nose, & cheeks . so our pediatrician told us to try almond milk instead that that would be better (he did not like the taste of almond milk) . we are on wic & they told us to try Lactose - Free & idk how to feel about it 😕 . like his bowel movements look much better , his rash is still there , but he has been crying at night so i don’t know if his tummy is hurting ? 😩

anyone been through this that can kind of give me their experience & what you did . . please & thank you! 😩
