Anyone have an irritated Esophagus 3rd Trimester?

Hey Ladies

So I am on Omeprazole and its been working great. I had Hypermesis Gravidarum weeks 6-18. Horrendous but then it stopped though acid reflux remained. I then got my meds. 🙏 Any who fast fwd to today, I had some spicy biryani third day in a row and following it tonight I tasted blood in my mouth bright red, definitely from my throat. My reflux has been horrible since I hit my 3rd Trimester so alot of acid coming up. Every day. The bleeding only lasted when I would bring it up and clear throat, I kept doing this to see how much was coming up it started becoming less and spotty so not alot. Just very bright red. I guess I am just paranoid. Super constipated (sorry TMI) as well. 😭
