Need opinions

Hello ladies hope everyone is doing well with this pandemic. I need advice or maybe someone to tell me if I’m wrong or right. I have two little kids a 9.5 month old girl and a 4.5 yr old boy. My son was born with a CDH and CPAM so had 2 surgeries one at 2 days old and one at 2weeks old. Thankfully he’s very healthy now. I have not left my house since March 13th except to my backyard. My husband is a police officer so he has to work and I’ve been a nervous wreck with everything going on. But he comes through our basement changes there and leaves his cloth comes up and straight to the shower while I disinfect his wallet keys phone or anything else. Last night my parents came over for the first time since March I haven’t let anyone over because of the kids my parents have been quarantine as well because my older brother lives with them and he’s awaiting a kidney transplant. So I know they’ve been nowhere. I haven’t let his sisters over because they’re over the quarantine and have had bbq and get together a with friends at their house. So I don’t know where their friends have been or if they have anything etc. if I knew they had been 100 percent quarantine I wouldn’t mind them coming but I just don’t want to risk it because of the kids. Last night he screamed at me so bad in front of my parents to the point that my mom was like don’t u ever let him talk to u like that. It wasn’t loud it was screaming and him being mad that I haven’t let his sisters over. I tried explaining myself but he just went off. Now I’m so embarrassed and mad that he did that in front of my parents. Do you think I’m wrong ? Should I let his sisters come over?

This is why I’m so nervous I went through a lot with my son and I’m so scared he can catch covid 19. He was in the nice for a month.
