Advice!

Girls... would you be upset if your boyfriend of 7 months didn’t talk to you all night...not a goodnight text. Not I love you. Nothing. Earlier in the day he said “if I see you I see you and if I don’t it doesn’t matter” then said he didn’t mean it that way but it upset me. I might be dramatic I just can’t stand getting mixed signals. One day I feel like I make him happy the second I feel like he doesn’t care at all to be around me. Any advice? I’m young, only 19 but it’s a great relationship. I was in a bad toxic relationship for 2 years and I’m finally doing better
