Just need an answer!

I'm on CD46 and got another BFN this morning 😭😭😭 tomorrow I'm officially 2 weeks late so have booked in for a doctor's appointment, hopefully I'll get some answers then! So impatient and frustrated! Hoping so much for a BFP but will settle for AF and beginning a new cycle at this point! Have so many pregnancy symptoms, I'm beginning to think I'm just losing my mind! Anyone else going through something similar or in the past??
