How do you track your temp for ovulating ?

Help confused like I’m ovulating in the strip but someone said you need to temp it how’s that?

Answer

buy a body basal thermometer (BBT) and take your waking temp every morning before you move, talk, drink, get up etc. 
during your period your temps will be low, ovulation day you should see a decrease in temp and then after ovulation you should have 3 temps that are higher than your previous 6
look into it on the app as they explain it so much better than I have. basically it can confirm if you ovulate
