How long between tests should I wait once I reach "high fertility" on the clearblue digital advanced?

For those who don't know, this test shows low, high, and peak dates. A high reading means a surge in estrogen.

I have had high readings for 5 days now. I tested around 8:30 est this morning and just woke up from a nap feeling a bit crampy in my stomach. Should I test again today for peak???
