Ok... Anyone else’s baby not sitting or standing or crawling yet?

8 months old & my baby is LA-ZY. She KNOWS how to sit, but prefers to be lying down! Absolutely no sign of crawling or standing on things. She does scoot up, but that’s about it. Anyone else?

Mine sits for a bit then wants to lay and roll/pivot to wherever he wants to go. He can stand but he wants to be holding to one of us, not furniture. I watched some ot/pt videos of working with them on how to get into a crawling position as well as putting themselves into a sitting position. So now during our floor/tummy time I’m purposely working on those movements and skills. He gets tired of them though so we do them and then he plays however he wants to play.

My daughter army crawls for what she wants but no sitting unless I put her in a sitting position and no standing up. My daughter is also lazy lol when she army crawls she cries the whole time because she wants me to just give it to her lol

Mine is not showing interest in crawling.  Like she is totally content just sitting up.  We keep working with her on it though.

My little one is 8 months old can sit if I put her in the sitting position but can’t get herself there, she can roll fine, does not crawl yet at all sometimes it seems like she tries but then stops and gets no where, does not stand at all unless in her bouncer, if I go to hold her in a standing position she pulls her feet up no matter how many times I try, she doesn’t scoot at all she will bounce though so she might start scooting. We just keep practicing and hopefully one day soon she will be starting to crawl around! I tend to stress that she’s falling behind but every baby learns at their own speed so we may be behind on somethings but we will surely get there and so will your little one! Same when it comes to eating we are still trying to learn how to eat more then just purées and a bottle but again we will learn and get there at some point!
