Up until maybe 2-3 weeks ago, he slept for 2 hours at a time and only woke up to eat. Now he’s up pretty much all day and only have maybe a few 20-30 min periods where he’s not fussing. Some of the problem was he was eating enough. I was giving him 2 ounces still and 3 ounces every once in a while. Now I give him 4 ounces and that’s helped some, but not a whole lot. He also has boogers CONSTANTLY that I have to suck out several times a day. He’ll start snorting and start coughing cause he’ll get choked on mucus I guess. The pediatrician said to give him A LOT of nose drops and it will wash it down his throat but that isn’t working, and I think he may also have acid reflux slightly, because sometimes he’ll spit up every few minutes in between feedings, he’ll whine during feedings and will scream when I stop to try to burp him, he’s really hard to burp, when he does burp it’s like guttural and wet sounding, half the time he vomits with burping, he chokes while drinking and will cough sometimes after he spits up. But he pretty much has a constant leak of milk from his mouth. Anyone had this same problem? He is set to start daycare in a few weeks, and I’d like to get his fussiness under control so he doesn’t stress out the poor ladies and I won’t be AS worried about him all day.
