What is wrong with my eye?

It’s pretty sore and feels funny so i took a picture and it looks like this? I don’t have allergies or wear contacts or anything obvious so if anyone has any idea please let me know😂

Optometrist here: it's enough that you have scratched/rubbed your eye or gotten something in it. Like a lash or something. Looking too much at a screen can lap cause irritation like that.
Or it can also be pinguecula, or early signs of an infection. 
Use comfort drops/gel (don't use drops like clearEyes) if it doesn't get better within a few days see an optometrist or eye doc.

Looks like a popped blood vessel to me. 
If it worsens or doesn’t get better in few days call doctor.

If you get any kind of eye discharge or wake up with crusty eyes it may be pink eye 🤷🏼‍♀️

You didn’t hit it with anything? 
Irritation like this can come from something simple like debris in your eye or could be a possible scratch. Use some lubricating eye drops multiple times a day, but if pain or irritation gets worse definitely call an optometrist.
