What do you think of this ladies

Question

Do you feel like a guy your dating or even just a guy your friends with benefits with has to text you everyday? Or if he goes two days without texting you he’s not interested? I’m in the middle because I feel like if a guy is thinking of you or if he wants to talk to you he will and he’ll make it happen..but I also feel like every guy is different if they live busy lives they can still think of you but still go one or two days without texting because some guys aren’t big on texting but their out doing their day to day stuff (working ,hanging out ect.) but they are still finding time in the week to see you.  Just want opinions

I agree with you in that if a guy wants to be with you, he will make it happen. Heck, if I call my man and he’s with his friends, he will get rid of them or leave them and come to me. He’s not gonna just stay out so late with them that he misses time with me. In the six years we’ve been together he’s always put me first and if he can’t, there’s usually a very good reason that I’d agree with (such as his children). But if it’s just his friends and they’re just hanging out, he’d rather hang with me and the good thing about it, his friends expect it. I think they put they’re women first too. I hear them on the phone and they’ll be like, “Naw man, I’m with ____(woman’s name).  I catch you tomorrow”; “alright dude cool cool. Tell ____(woman’s name) I said what’s up”.  Like they’re respectful of each other’s relationships. 
I mention this because I think there’s a lot of guys out there who are good guys and they hang with other good guys. If they aren’t interested, they won’t leave their buddies or make time for you. I think if a guy is putting you off to be with his friends, y’all relationship isn’t that serious to him. Sorry ladies but if you believe that man loves you but he’s so busy with his friends that he can’t make time for you, it’s because he’s not that into you, no matter what he’s been telling you or how he tells you he feels.

So, I can totally understand why people feel like they need daily contact. However, for me, personally, I don’t. My man knows I’m thinking about him and I love him and all the things, but that doesn’t mean I need to be constantly texting or calling. 
Sometimes, people need space and there’s so many individuals who look at that as something negative. Of course, there are people who don’t text because they aren’t thinking about that person, but if you’re in a loving, healthy relationship, and you trust each other and you are both confident in one another, I don’t see a problem.

Ok. I’m weirdly qualified for this question.
My FWBs don’t text me every day, except the new one. We talk when we want something from one another.  (The new one and I are really old friends and we’re going through like 7 years of repressed shit right now. We’ll find balance shortly.)
My husband and I talk every day. We make it happen. 
The difference is commitment; My FWBs don’t have a commitment to me and don’t have to talk to me all the time for me to remain interested and know they’re still interested.
My husband is committed to me and we talk every day to reaffirm our bond.

No. People are entitled to having their own lives and having busy days or just not having anything they want to say. I dont need to be in constant contact. Especially a fwb. Like that just reads too needy imo. You should have a life beyond the person you're dating as well. If a guy said he needed that much contact, I would probably not date him. It reads too insecure or codependent. It's nice to talk a lot to the person you're interested in, but like, it's ok to have some space. The world isnt going to end if you dont talk everyday.
