Prenetal vitamins side effects

Hello ladies I have some questions I already had two kids but each pregnancy was different so this is why I need so advice or more info. When I was pregnant with my first I couldn't take the prenatals they gave me because they were huge! And when I would cut in half and try it like that my stomach was cramping all the time. My second pregnancy I was taking the same pills and they legit put me in the hospital. Just listen... I was so constipated from taking them I was admitted for about 2 weeks still no bowel movement I tried to go to my brothers wedding and I legit was crying at the table my doc recommend me to stop taking them! About a month later I finally made a bowel movement my ex-husband has so many videos of me crying and crying and i couldn't even go out. Now I'm pregnant again and taking these prenatals that got me constipated and there making me poop like freaking crazy !!!! I had to call out of work I pooped about 5x in one hour ! Is this a good thing? My doc won't be in until Friday and I don't want to call and make a big deal cause I'm sure it's not just want to know if any of you ladies had them side effects it's pretty much cramping hard then I run to poop and I feel better then it starts again minutes later.
