Scared

So I've been dating this guy for 7 months on Thursday we both have trust issues because we were both cheated on and used in previous relationships...hes got all these girls he talks to and he seems to be getting distant these past few days how do I know if he is keeping secrets from me...I'm scared to death to lose him...he makes me happy when I'm sad and just by looking at me he puts a smile.in my face but I'm scared how do I know he plays video games non stop after work...doesn't mess around with me like we used to he stopped holding my hand and doesn't kiss me or cuddle with me as much either
