When did you first get morning sickness?

I'm 4 weeks and 3 days and, upon awakening today, I've been experiencing nausea. I feel like I need to vomit but, i just burp. I've, (TMI) had horrendous diarrhea for about a week now before the nausea set in. The diarrhea is nonstop and I'm getting worried about dehydration and weight loss because, I'm constantly drinking water and eating food yet, I'm never hydrated or full. Today, what caused it to start was, the scent of ranch dressing. I can't even type out the word without wanting to hurl. I'm glad for the morning sickness because, it means that my pregnancy is healthy but, I'm really worried that, it being this early is, indicative of hyperemesis gravidarum. Please tell me that someone else got sick this early and didn't develop the aforementioned sickness. I'm very worried that something like that could cause me to lose my new job.
