I’m not sure, please help!!

Both lines appeared immediately (I’ve been testing for about 6 days and haven’t had this happen) but LH line is just slightly lighter than the reference line. Does this mean I’m ovulating or is this still a negative?!?! According to Glow my ovulation day is tomorrow. Any advice helps...thank you ladies 💜
