Pumping mamas - how much and how often?

I’ve had to exclusively pump since the beginning due to latch issues w my little one - I am now down to pumping 3x a day (sometimes 4 for work schedule reasons) for about  13-15 min! It’s so liberating! My supply has dropped but still sufficient. I get approx 200-250ml per session. How are you all doing??

I typically have to pump every 4-5 hours, sometimes after 3 hours if I’m especially engorged. I usually pump 10 oz per session, my right breast is the over-supplier, I typically get 7oz alone from that one!

I was pumping when I felt full, normally every 5-6 hours. And then I am sleeping through the night with my baby and pumping first thing in the morning. Sometimes I will pump for 30-40 minutes if I have time to sit around and I will get 13-15 oz. But recently I have been trying to pump more often and am only getting 5-8 oz out of each sitting. Not too happy about that. Trying to figure out how to boost my supply again since I go back to work in a week and a half.

I have to pump due to an upper lip tie we haven’t cut thanks to corona. She’s taking 5oz bottles now & I’m lucky if I get that. :( I try to do every 3 hours to keep it up, but sometimes it’s closer to 5 hours. She is still eating every 3 though. I only have like 15 oz in the freezer & have been using it more since she went from 4 to 5oz. 
I hate it because I exclusively breastfed my son for a year with absolutely no issues.
