Help! What’s going on?

Hi guys. Right, so last month I ovulated late (CD20) so my period came a week late, meaning I had a 31 day cycle. This month, however, I ovulated early on CD13, and AF has just arrived meaning I only had a 22 day cycle! What is going on? I’ve always had normal 28 day cycles. Thank you

Hi try not to worry. They say cycles can be very easily affected by stress, weight changes, dietary changes. I know mine always changes when I go to the gym more, it changes instantly and also if I reduce my calories, even by a small amount. 
Just keep tracking it for a few months and track things like your stress, sleep, weight, diet and if it keeps swinging or you’re worried then pop and see your doctor.
