Today is the day!
I am starting my journey today.
I began dieting last week. I have cut out pop, limited carbs, and counted calories.
Today, I am going to start with running. This has always been an easier workout routine for me to stick to. As I go, I’d like to add in targeted workouts for my butt and midsection.
I do not have a scale at home(I don’t like them!), but at my last appointment I was 164lbs at 4-5 weeks postpartum. I am currently 7 weeks postpartum, I have an appointment in 2 weeks. So, let’s see what I can make happen!
