Opk confusion

New at using opk and I just don’t get it. I’m 6-8 days from my projected period (use different apps) I just got new OPKs so maybe the brand is making a difference but.. is there a chance I still can ovulate or maybe did and missed it? Regular periods. Any insight would be appreciated 😘
