Anyone live in Hawaii update about travelers?

My husband and I have had a Hawaii trip planned since December before the covid19 happened. We haven’t canceled yet. Not much I can find researching but I was wondering if anyone knows of a date set for travelers. Right now I know it’s not open and if you travel you must quarantine. We aren’t supposed to leave until July 27th. We will plan something different if it gets close and doesn’t look good. Does anyone know anything? More specifically Kona.
