Baby turned breech after due date 😢

Went in for a routine ultrasound at 40+6. Found out baby had turned breech since last week, and they weren't seeing amniotic fluid (even though I haven't noticed any leaking).

Now I am at the hospital, instead of the birth center water birth I had signed up for. They won't let the midwives come because of Covid. I am getting IV fluids so they can attempt to turn the baby but they basically said I will probably get a C section. I am totally unprepared for that and pretty heartbroken.

Anyone have any advice on keeping calm/grieving and making peace with changes in birth plans? This is one of those "didn't think it would happen to me" situations.
