Okay-paying careers without college education?

I'm a highschool graduate, recently out of highschool, but my parents are expecting me to get a job soon and move out on my own. Thanks for the support guys! Anyways, I want to explore careers outside of the normal "college graduate" field. It seems that now a days, you have to go to college to make it, and even then, a lot of people end up with their degrees gathering dust on the shelf. How do you make it without a college degree?!? Everywhere I search for jobs, you either have to have years of experience, or a college degree, but most of the time both. I don't have connections, only two other people in my family have finished highschool and none have went to college, but they're also mostly sitting on their ass all day living off of government assistance, no thank you!! Not for me. What careers could I possibly look into that don't require a degree?!? I'm not pretty picky with work, and enjoy any kind of work in general.
Also: I'm fine with training and smaller 1-3 year schooling. 😊 sorry I forgot to add!
