allergic reaction down there

I used summers eve a couple days ago, and I know I shouldn’t use it but I work outside and get really sweaty, so I feel more hygenic when I use it the soap on those days.

Seems like I’ve developed an allergic reaction though and I have a burning and itching sensation along with swelling.

How long did it take anyone else who has gone through something similar for it to go away? Should I visit my gyno?
