Alright mamas I need some help losing weight. I gave birth 2 years ago and haven't really lost much baby weight (I broke my ankle while pregnant so the not moving didn't help either). My gym is through my work, and our building is closed and we're all WFH at the moment so it's been a few months since I've gone. I've been trying to walk the dogs daily and bought a bike with a bike pull for our toddler. I'm kinda big, like as an ideal goal of losing 50lbs but would love to lose like 70 to 80 lbs. I need to do this as natural as possible since we're trying to get pregnant. So any tips and tricks on weight loss and anything I can do to help get pregnant quick?
