Ingrowns

So I shaved last Tuesday and Saturday I noticed these red bumps on my vagina lips.. they don’t look filled with anything just skin colored and red like big ingrown hairs and I showed a picture to an OBGYN who said they did not look like herpes but blocked hair glands.. they don’t hurt to touch or when I pee but if my underwear is wet it will irritate it .. has anyone experienced anything like this? Could my razor have caused it? I used a new one but I noticed it said “with a touch of aloe Vera” could that have been the cause of these bumps?
