PIO injections..

Any advice on making PIO Injections less crappy...? I'm pretty soar and it's only been 4days so far! I give them to myself because my husband hates needles and would probably pass out if he saw how big the needles are. Yes my nurse drew circles on my hips because I'm scared of doing it in the wrong spot 😂
