Help! 3.5 months pp positive ovulation test but no period
It’s been over 2 weeks since I had a positive ovulation test and my period still hasn’t come. I haven’t had one after giving birth yet but I assumed it was coming because of the positive ovulation test. I took a pregnancy test a couple of days ago and it was negative. What is going on??
