Hey ladies! So I'm currently on my period but I do want to start working out again. Any tips on how to reduce lower bellt fat? I'm not entirely aiming to have the perfect abs I just want my lower belly fat to like somehow be lessen.
Also any food to avoid? or lessen? :(
I honestly love snacks (chips most esp) I know junk food is trash food :( Any advice?
