Swollen

So I’ve been on bed rest for a little over a month due to high blood pressure issues. My doc prescribed medication to help but my pressures have remained the same at my weekly appointments. I went in yesterday for my 37 week check and it was 143/93. He sent me for more blood work and said we would continue to keep an eye on things. Last night around 5 I noticed my hands and feet were still swollen after I had been laying down for a couple hours. Normally it will go away once I get off my feet. This morning I woke up and I’m still swollen especially in my right hand. I can barely close it. My doc doesn’t open for another 1.5 hours. Am I crazy to call and let him know? This doesn’t seem normal to me.
