Best DIY hair dye products?
I'm dying (har har) to bleach and dye my hair blue/turquoise, but my stylist isn't open x.x
What's a good bleach kit and dye to pick that won't instantly fry my hair? I think I used Manic Panic in high school, but that was 16 years ago. My stylist uses Joico colors and they seem to "stick" good, but I'm not sure if you need a salon license for those...
