Weight gain (for momma)
I’m really beating myself up because I worked SO HARD to get my baby weight off, then wanted to lose another 20 on top of that. Well the stress of my work year, plus no time, plus a depression/anxiety flare up that was pretty extreme set me back. Then quarantine 🥴 I realized I stopped basically moving and put another 15lbs on. I look horrible and I’m so unhappy. Starting over with your diet and exercise routine is tough but I know once I get going I’ll feel better!
Anyways, there’s no point to this other than me needing to get that off my brain 🤷🏼♀️😂 Here’s to less wine 😭 and more vegetables.
