AFP test anyone?

Had my anatomy scan at 18 weeks and we couldn't get good pics of her. Doctor wants me to get an AFP to check for neural tube defects. Has me a little concerned they saw something and arent telling me 🤔 but we also have to have a second ultrasound because they didnt get all the pictures they wanted.

My AFP test was a standard test given to everyone regardless of anything on an ultrasound.

For me, yesterday was my anatomy scan and doctor seen something at the spine but she didnt say what it was exactly because she couldn't confirm anything i think cuz whatever it was was small. I did a quad screening on the 13th but my doctor never called me with bad news. So the doctor at my ultrasound asked about my results and i had told her i hadn't received them. She said hopefully that was good news then. Anyways i checked my results myself through an app and i was negative for neural tube defects and the AFP was on normal range. but the doctor does want to see me In my last trimester at like 30 weeks so im assuming she wasn't too worried and didnt need to see me sooner.
  My mother said she had a lot of scares when she was pregnant of me and a sibling of mine and we turned out fine. Don't worry too much and stress yourself.
