Spinning babies exercises?

Has anyone here had any luck doing the spinning babies exercises for transverse/breech babies ?!

I did the exercises they gave me when my son was breech and she flipped head down (32 weeks) and then she flipped back to transverse yesterday. Still too much room for her to do her own thing and somersault around in there

I was doing them and my baby did flip but she actually flipped on a day I was super lazy and didn't do them (at 34+6). Idk if it helped or not though, worth trying imo.

🙋‍♀️ I did that kneeling off the end of the couch one. She flipped the day before my first chiropractor appt. Look for one that’s trained in the Webster technique.
