Heavy Bleeding During Ovulation

So it’s been 1-2 year I been off of the implanon . I believe my body is trying to regulate.However It scares me because I am trying to convince. So right now I am supposed to ovulate but I am having heavy bleed with clot and it only been a week from the last day I had my period in which I also had heavy bleeding and lots of clots.

HELP!!!!! Please I’m So Confused 🥺
