Endo or PCOS?

Can those of you that have been diagnosed let me know your symptoms or what you deal with bc of either of these diseases?

Pcos here my symptoms are hair on chin, upper lip, and boobs, painful cystic acne on jaw line, chest, shoulders and back, irregular periods, long cycles, really bad anxiety. I take ovasitol instead of metformin and it's a life saver.
