Fitness / Diet tips or suggestions?
I have been struggling trying to find a routine that works for me and I am open to any tips or suggestions.
I am currently a stay at home mom (not just during quarantine). So I need a routine I can do while keeping an eye on my 20 month old.
I'm currently around 175 lbs / 12.5 st. Was 192 lbs / 13.7 st (round about) when I had my daughter almost 2 years ago. I was losing weight and then hit a point where I stopped losing and my weight bounced up and down for a bit.
I usually forget to eat a meal, pick at whatever my kid eats and eat one semi heavy meal. I try and drink at least a protein shake in the morning if I remember.
I have a small set of free weights at home with me. I start a workout for a few days and then lose motivation. Before I had my daughter I was going to the gym all the time.
