Discharge from nipple (not pregnant)

So guys I haven't been to the doctors for a while due to vivid previously I hadn't been for a while either. My periods are very irregular sometimes I'll bleed sometime I wont till late sometimes early BUT this past few weeks I have been gett a really slimey leak from my nipple like my boob looks a bit swallen and feels full (not everyday and only right breast) then later on that day I'll go for a shower and I stand there an wash my face for a bit generally naked tmi ik but that's when I notice a milky discharge start to leak I gently touch it to see if it's stretchy it's only like a a drip but it is sooo stretchy and sticky idk hard to explain like I touch it and I can rub and stretch it between my fingers also..

Sorry tmi I am going to the doctors but I just wanna know if any of you ladies have experienced this?
