Pregnancy dream turn out real?

Hi ladies, sorry didn’t know what group to post on. Me and my partner and currently ttc for baby number 3 😱 I have a funny feeling I am pregnant this month. ( to early to test) but I dreamt I was carrying twins last night and it felt so real ! Any one else had a dream they was pregnant and actually was? 
Just asking out of curiosity

Had a dream I took a positive pregnancy test and the next day I took one and it was positive!

I literally just had a very vivid dream two days ago that my pregnancy test was positive. I ran to the room showed my bf. & then two earthquakes happened back to back). Irrelevant lol but! I feel like I am pregnant. Just haven’t gotten a BFP yet. 😆

I had an extremely vivid dream last week I got a positive on a pregnancy test. I am hoping that is a sign 🤞🏻

I had a dream in Dec that people kept grabbing my belly & were telling me I was pregnant. I found out a week later that I was. 
But it could also be from thinking about it so much. Pregnancy dreams are really common.
