Just check if it’s pasteurized on the ingredients.. the problem with soft cheeses is when they aren’t pasteurized

You can eat whatever cheese you want when it is cooked as the heat kills the bacteria. If you were eating cold cheese on a cheese platter then that would have its own set of rules. But this would be fine to eat. Enjoy.
